Philosophical Research

Encyclopedias and dictionaries of philosophy can be a good starting point in your research. Databases such as the Gale Virtual Reference Library, Oxford Reference Online, and Credo Reference can be helpful if you need a quick definition of a philosophical term or brief biographical facts about philosophers.
