This "Terms of Use" document is a draft to be commented on and approved by the relevant governance entities in the College.

Respectful of both the copyright laws and the fair use principles, the BMCC Library provides any student or researcher access to our web site, except for those restricted by subscription agreements or services limited to current BMCC members. The BMCC Virtual Library contains a large number of external links in terms of broad subject areas. These subject areas mainly reflect the academic departments in the College.
