How to Scan to E-mail

  • Step 1:
    Place document onto scanner and close lid.
  • Step 2:
    Scan document through machine.
  • Step 3:
    Press the Send button.
  • Step 4:
    Press E-mail Add Entry.
  • Step 5:
    Press E-mail Address.
  • Step 6:
    Enter your BMCC Student e-mail address.
    (EX: firstname.lastname@
    stu.bmcc.cuny.edu)
    Scanners will NOT send to personal e-mail addresses.
  • Step 7:
    Make sure your e-mail address is correct.
  • Step 8:
    Press Start and documents will send.
